More than 4 million Britons are squatters of their neighbors’ Wi-Fi: 52 days on average
French satellite broadband service provider Konnect has published a report saying that 4.3 million Britons swipe their neighbors’ Wi-Fi.
The average duration of surfing the Internet is 52 days, and 5% of people surfing the Internet for more than 1 year.
The reasons for rubbing the Internet include dropping your network or saving money. Konnect also found that Britons are not limited to their neighbors.
One respondent said he went to McDonald’s to use WIFI to download TV shows, and another said he was surfing the Internet 60 miles (about 97 kilometers) away.

55% cited “annoying” and “unreliable” connections as the reason for their surfing, 10% cited the need to shop online, and 7% cited online dating as the reason for surfing .
The survey found that Britons can tolerate an average disconnection of three hours and 35 minutes.
Only 25% of Britons believe their neighbours have never rubbed their nets.
