Milestone: Nintendo Switch cumulative sales surpass PS4 in North America.

Nintendo Switch has been selling well since its release, and Nintendo does not need to increase sales through promotions such as price cuts.

The long-term hot sale has even caused shortages in many regions from time to time. Previously, Nintendo officially stated that the Nintendo Switch has come to “the mid-point of its lifecycle”.

Recently, NPD Group provided sales data for April 2022, showing that Nintendo has reached a new milestone in North America, as the cumulative sales of the Nintendo Switch in the region has surpassed that of the PlayStation 4, leaving only three in front of it.

The consoles are PlayStation 2, Xbox 360 and Wii, and Nintendo Switch can also be used as a handheld.
